The House
Built in 1993 as a family holiday home and farmhouse, the single-level house measures 75 m² and has a simple, traditional character.
It features an open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. The wooden ceilings add warmth to the interior, creating a cosy and welcoming atmosphere.
An 8 m² covered veranda provides a lovely place to enjoy a morning coffee, have breakfast, or simply relax while looking out over the garden.
The house is habitable and offered furnished and equipped, although some minor repairs and general maintenance are needed. For those wishing to make further improvements, it also offers the opportunity to modernise the interior and create a more contemporary home.
The Garden and Olive Grove
The real highlight of this property is its beautiful, flat plot of 4,430 m², planted with approximately 80 mature, productive olive trees, along with lemon trees, fig trees, and other fruit trees.
The garden offers a wonderful setting for anyone who enjoys nature, gardening, and outdoor living. The olive trees provide the opportunity to produce your own olive oil, while the generous outdoor space is ideal for growing vegetables, planting flowers, or creating relaxing seating areas.
A particularly valuable feature is the private borehole, providing an independent water source for the garden and olive grove. With some care and relatively modest improvements, the grounds could become a truly beautiful Mediterranean garden.
Whether used as a holiday retreat or a permanent residence, the property offers the pleasure of country living, with space to enjoy nature and small-scale agricultural activities.
Garage and Storage
A detached garage/storage building of 35 m², constructed before 2011, provides useful space for a car, gardening equipment, tools, and outdoor furniture.
Additional private parking space is also available within the property.
Location and Access
The property is located in a peaceful olive-growing area near Methoni, offering privacy without being far from the coast and local amenities.
Access is currently via an unpaved road in reasonably good condition. However, an approved road development plan includes a new service road passing close to the property, which is expected to significantly improve access to the area in the future.
