Τhe Villa was constructed in 2008 measuring 486.50 m² in three levels.
The villa consists of two houses that could be used as one.
The upper floor of the main house consists of a master bedroom with en-suite, two bedrooms sharing one bathroom, open plan sitting area & dining area. An internal staircase leads to the upper level which measures only 6.40 m² but enjoys amazing views to the swimming pool, the garden and the Ionian Sea throughout an impressive glazed wall. The same internal staircase leads to the lower floor which accommodates the spacious & fully equipped kitchen as well a guest apartment with one bedroom, bathroom and living room.
The second house has almost the same design and floorplans. The difference is that the second house does not have a master bedroom.
Both houses share a spacious storage area in the centre of the lower floor. Materials of high quality have been used for the construction of the Villa. All rooms are air conditioned, all windows and balcony doors are doubles glazed. The large terraces are shaded by pergolas and enjoy marvellous uninterrupted sea views. The infinity swimming pool is measuring 128 m² (8mX16m). The borders of the property are planted with leyland trees while the property has access via an iron gate entrance. A driveway leads to the huge carport at the back side of the Villa.
The charming beach of the town Pylos is only 5 minutes (3km) drive away. Pylos is a busy small town with port and extensive marina. It has a good range of shops, restaurants, cafes and banks built around a lovely central square, shaded by ancient plane trees. It also boasts an impressive castle. There are doctors and a small hospital/health centre with good facilities and reliable staff who provide prompt emergency service.
The “Bay” signature golf course is 10 minutes’ drive away while the “Dunes” signature golf course is 10 minutes’ drive away.
It takes 50 minutes to drive to the International Airport (KLX) and the hospital of Kalamata which is the administrative capital of the area. Kalamata has a port, large yachting marina and motorway access to ATHENS. The centre of town has been the subject of major regeneration during the past few years and offers a wide range of shopping, eating and relaxing opportunities along its main boulevard. There is a greater variety of shops here offering designer goods and some internationally known stores.
The pictures of the gallery were taken in the years 2008 and 2010. The Villa has not been used and maintained since the summer of 2011. The internal is in good condition, furnished and equipped. Only a few works and repairs are necessary to make it livable. The external needs some more work and repairs, the pool must be renovated and the garden needs to be redesigned.
